I’d love to see exactly what your posting on this matter was during that precise time versus the derogatory views you claim now. Maybe I’m wrong, but I suspect the position at the time was basically a 180. The factors that were known and available then are more or less the exact same as are known and available now. If correct, that would be such a telling change in views.

My suspicion as to your views on it then: “Those bastards are sabotaging Trump’s border efforts thus they’re basically sabotaging me and my family as well.”

And of course your views now: “Trump did nothing right on it when he had the chance! His only plan was to grift his low IQ supporters!!” <—-which ironically was you!!

You act like Trump didn't have the best economy and immigration policies we've seen in decades.

He built his "economy" even prior to Covid on massive debt. Thats not sustainable.

Roger you really need mental help with your TDS..You can't even give the man credit for some of the best results in history on the border. It's really sad!

If only his term was three years, instead of four...

My position was that "two weeks to stop the spread" was a fricking lie and we were about to see lots of Government overreach.

Which is exactly what happened.

Youre welcome to dig through my postings around that time. Go for it.

No one believes you, either. We all know Trump could do everything you want, and you would still find a reason to bitch. You are broken, and complaining about Trump is the only way you can fill the void inside.

Yep...he and Ricks are pathetic little liberals!

Liberals literally spend lots of taxpayer money.

I'm not on the liberal side, chief. You very well may be though

Nobody really has a problem with LEGAL immigration.. the problem that we all have now is the fact that the majority of the migrants here now are illegal and they have not been vetted

They are completely unvetted both criminally and medically.

What was more effective under Trump was the rhetoric. It dissuaded people from even making the attempt to begin with and once Biden got in, the messaging across the world to come to America changed, so people actually tried. It's as simple as that.

If people think they cant get in with someone tough on border security, they wont even make the attempt to begin with. The wall is more of a physical representation of that rhetoric.

I already knew the answer. I was just trying to be polite and not come over the top like a crazed waubanchee. I already knew the answer because although I don’t necessarily recall fine details, I do clearly recall during that period in history thinking you were a good fricker. I reserve that tag for few folks. Then the TDS come outta nowhere like a Mack truck and systematically dismantled a good fricker.

No plans. Nothing. He has no plans beside vague blurbs.

What people don't see is that Trump doesn't waste a lot of time on things he's not going to be able to do. He might make a vague reference to something, if asked, but he generally focuses on what he is going to actively pursue and thinks he can do. Most politicians promise the world on every topic under the sun. Trump doesn't, until he's prepared to actively pursue it.

He was focused on the border, tax reform, the energy sector, etc. BTW, those things did affect the economy. He will start addressing the things, once he gets a feel for where he needs to focus his efforts.

He never spoke much about the deficit when he was President. He always said that was for down the road. Once he starts talking about it, you should understand that he is going to tackle it head on.

TDS is a reaction to his superfans, who keep voting him in despite his utter failure.

The excuses are legendary.

Let’s be honest. There is no way it’s 3.4 million now. It’s probably double that and totally on purpose.

This is mind blowing. Biden should be impeached and tried for treason.

And democrats will tell you it’s the republicans fault that nothing is getting done. When you point out Trump tried with the wall and Biden halted it immediately they instantly go silent. Just a bunch of brain washed idiots.

I recently learned that 1/3 of Venezuela's population has left since 2015. That's over 9 million people. Not all have gone to the US (in fact, its become kind of a growing issue in the places they've fled like Peru, Ecuador & Colombia).

Part of me thinks that this many people leaving a single country in such a short amount of time could only happen under a state-sponsored human trafficking operation.

The remain in Mexico policy also shifted massive costs from us to MX, which forced them to be more diligent.

But to Libs, because they didn’t hand us a giant check like the ones you get when you win a golf tournament, they didn’t really pay for the wall.

If a border wall keeps them out, then it will also keep you in. In typical small gov’t Republican fashion, they are using this as an excuse to make gov’t bigger and spend more money. Remember when Canada wasn’t letting unvaccinated truckers cross the border? That was without a wall and check points.

TDS existed before he ever won the 2016 election. It is totally about him. 100%.

People with TDS ignore his record and what he does and focus entirely on how they view him personally and emotionally. They focus on what he says, not what he does. And by what he says, I mean what they they interpret what he says. Hear that again. How they interpret what he says. They believe they have the right to tell us what he meant when he said something. Patently absurd.

Putting Mexican officers T the border is not paying for the wall. It’s not what Trump said. It’s all become nonsense anyway.
