The Bigger Question with Abrego Garcia
Posted on 6/7/25 at 7:27 am

The Tennessee traffic stop lasted over an hour. It was obvious that Abrego Garcia was transporting illegal aliens. Yet, the local troopers were told by the Feds to let him go.
The question that the Trump DOJ could answer today is WHY the Biden Feds told Tennessee not to detain Abrego Garcia. Was that a low level decision or was it part of a general policy of the Biden Feds?

Because Biden was/is brain dead and his WH was being run by criminals who hate the USA.

The most likely non-political reasons would be that either KAG was a confidential informant or that the Feds were tracking that shipment in order to build a case on a higher up.
The owner of the van was later convicted of human trafficking. He served 18 months and was deported. That guy then illegally returned and was detained again. The feds then visited him and offered him limited immunity in exchange for his testimony. That information is now likely the primary source of new evidence against KAG.
The Feds have been known to selectively prosecute. KAG was not a big fish at the time.

Obviously the grand jury heard some incriminating evidence.

Thanks. The reporting that I have seen has been so shallow. Would like to know the details of the human trafficking conviction.

Thanx for the only rational excuse I've heard concerning the Tennessee stop.
It's the only thing that can logically refute the more common explanation of - MOAR illegals!!!! ====> future ballots

The even bigger question is why are the media and the left so concerned about this one particular Salvadoran?

It's the same with any controversial topic.
If the left can convince the public that men can be women and women can be men; then they can convince the public of anything.
It's like 1984. When the truth becomes a lie, then there is no truth, but the one that the state mandates.
This is the goal of the media apparatus. Total control over the minds of the population. "Obey"!

The ruthless persecution of this Maryland father and family man is a stain on orange. This is not the America we voted for!

Look up Jose Ramon Hernandez Reyes and add the phrase human trafficking

The ruthless prosecution of this "Maryland father" is EXACTLY what I voted for.

They should bring back hard labor prison sentences. Instead of letting this frick sit in a cell for a decade on taxpayer dime

You have to understand how mcuh the left generalizes things without a second of analyzing details. They think entirely in terms of their biases.
In this case, ALL immigrants are just lowly humble hard workers was their bias.
The fact there are pedophiles, murderers, and rapists within that group is not relevant. ALL are good people and deserve to stay and ALL should get a pass.
They didnt care at all about the details of their backgrounds. Its just a ferocious blind religious adherence to their biases, i.e., all immigrants are good NO EXCEPTIONS.

Biden's string pullers were a gaggle of Marxist hens, so they gave out millions of free border passes to the third world illegals.

Hi, IvoryBill!
I hope Admin47 gives some real answers on how this Tennessee thing happened.

Thanks. I did. Turns out that Reyes had been convicted of human trafficking TWO YEARS BEFORE the Tennessee stop of Abrego Garcia.
Surely, in the over hour detention of Abrego Garcia in Tennessee, they had time to discover that the car owner and boss had been convicted of the same thing of which they suspected Abrego Garcia.
I REALLY wish Bondi would identify who exactly told Tennessee to release Abrego Garcia.
