For example in my Parish St. Tammany there was a shift to Joe Biden by 10,000 votes from the 2016 election. It has gone unnoticed because Trump still won my parish by a lot so no one suspected any fraud. But once the fraud is corrected in all the red counties the red wave is going to be overwhelming (just by fixing red counties alone)

Step 1: download the 2020 projections census data projected from the 2010 from the Census Bureau.
Step 2: Extract all data greater than and equal to 18 years of age.
Step 3: Sort by state.
Step 4. Multiply those data by 0.83.
Step 5. Sort results by age in increments of 10 years.
Step 6: Count the number of people in each age category 18, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, 100, 110, and 120.
Step 7: Plot the number of people in each age category as a function of age.
Step 8: Right click on data set (this is in Excel).
Step 9: Select "add trendline".
Step 10: In trendline dialogue box select 6 degree polynomial.
Step 11: Select okay and present polynomial on the chart.
Step 12: Repeat for each state.
Step 13: Forward the polynomials to Dominion programers.
Step 14: Program the machines.
Dr. Franks can predict the number of registered voters in every county of each state with only accessing one and only one county registration data. After receiving registration data from one county he can predict the registration data for the remaining counties of each state by following the steps I provided.
That would be impossible in the natural un-hacked world.

Well . . . I don't like admitting to my geek-ness side but I have a math and statistics head (made A's in calculus & statistics and to me they were some of the easiest courses I took in college). I watched Dr. Frank's video and find his analysis is just about bullet proof. The presidential election was manipulated. I also believe him that he found the algorithms by accident (or providence). I mean who would have thought to do comparisons between the 2010 census and the voter registration rolls? He was just curiously looking for voter trends as a statistician would and discovered an impossible number of nearly infinite coincidences. I look at business related stats all the time, trying understand what they mean, suggest or predict and what Dr. Frank demonstrated cannot happen by accident.
It also suggests that the Georgia Senate races should be analyzed too.

Wow typical limited IQ leftist! You don't get it do you? The voting machines "centralized" the election making it possible to be hacked and manipulated by a small number of people. Why would you expect the party in power to not manipulate the election of their incumbent?
