Or the simpler answer. He found this stupid as any sane person would.
I'm gonna bet never.
quote:Again, I bet you have never responded like this when observing "stupid" behavior.
Social enforcement of better behavior.
He should be applauded.
Makes you seem hypocritical or disingenuous.
But maybe I'm wrong. You might be the social behavior police of wherever you live.

What a bizarre characterization

No. And if he does, I don’t give a frick. How gay is your son?

Nope got the link and it’s 100% true.
He gone!
You were right the first time. Fired as CEO doesn’t mean removed from the board

But a CEO of ANY company has to be wary of being baited into an exchange that will end up on the Internet. It's one thing to be a lowly drone in a company, but if you are high profile, or high in the administration, if that exchange would reflect badly on the company you will be out of a job in a hurry.
Aka everyone must bend the knee to the left at all times.

Staying with your scenario - the adult bit the hook a clearly confused, unhinged kid threw out there. Why even engage with a dumb arse kid?
What was to be gained?
I hear your point, honestly. But I also have a serious problem with the modern desire to bait people into decision dilemmas where the two choices are to acquiesce and be emasculated or to say/act in return and be labeled the real problem. We've allowed this game that used to simply be annoying when it was between siblings in the back seat on a long drive (I'm not touching you, I'm not touching you. SMACK! Mom, he just punched me!!!) into essentially how tons of issues get brought to the general public's attention.
This is exactly the same game played by BLM and Antifa with cops. It's the game all left wing activists play.
It's a lose lose, and I know that you're arguing that what he lost in this direction was worse and maybe you're right. But I think that we're missing a large part of the picture if we fail to see that allowing assholes to go around creating lose/lose situations for people hurts us all.

You’re right. Most people don’t speak up, which is why we find ourselves in the position we are as a nation, for better or worse (and I believe most people quietly believe it’s for the worse).

What the frick did he gain from confronting this kid? How did it make his life better? It didn't. He's stupid.
Bingo.
But this board has been overrun by idiots in the past two years, so you'll be downvoted by a good margin.

One of these Photos is "Normal" one of them is not.

That dude was drunk and being a dick to some gay kids. He was being a douche. Should he be fired over that? Meh. 10 years ago no one ever knows this occurred except for the few people there and the participants. Most never know who the frick that dude was....but now we live in the panopticon...being a douche is becoming riskier. It goes online, your professional life is online...maybe you do fire him for being so unaware of these well known facts.

The Left depends on Traditionalists shutting up while they normalize every perverse behavior and celebrate bacchanalia.

But for all of my life - professional, personal - I was taught to evaluate scenarios and respond in the best fashion. There was a higher road to take here, but the guy decided to punch down.

As I said in the thread, this is what teenagers live for.
Want to piss them off? Don't acknowledge them or let them know what they're doing is boring.

Eh. Someone has to tell the kid that being queer is weird.

You have a strange threshold for being emasculated. Not sure how keeping your mouth shut when some attention starved kid does something that doesn’t effect you is emasculating.

If you don’t say anything, it’s tacit acceptance.
If this is going to stop, if we’re going to save our culture, people will have to stand up, and speak out.
