Texas has already done this.
It needs to happen.
The ABA has been a leftist pressure group since the 80s

Some think it is a foreign based (England) entity too.

Make bar exams much harder and get rid of the requirement that to sit for the exam you have to had graduated from law school.
All a person needs to do is read the law and learn it - law school is largely bullshite. Especially the 3 year scam. no way you need 3 years.

Individual state bar associations wholly govern those matters, i.e. the law school thing (whatever he means by that) and “who can be an attorney.” The American Bar Association literally has not a thing to do with those individual-specific matters. I don’t know where this fella is coming from with this. They come up with various “standards” which to follow, but they don’t and can’t enforce anything. It seriously all adds up to a useless annual membership and maybe you get a national discount to Holiday Inn and Hertz. Lol

The ABA is the organization that accredits law schools.

A law school absolutely does not have to be ABA accredited to operate. Is it advisable to go to an ABA accredited one, for a deeper level of “legitimacy” of the school? Yes, sure.
As far as the other thing about deciding who gets to go to law school or be a lawyer, yadda yadda……ABA has zero to do with that.
Just look it up if you don’t believe me.

"The ABA is the organization that accredits law schools."
True, but this only matters if states choose to require a degree from such a school. I believe most states do, but some like California do not. I really don't see this as an issue. While the legal profession has its problems, law schools and licensing don't seem to be a big issue to me.

Did Susan Kokinda / Promethean Action just enter the chat?
That might explain SFP's irrational attacks on her / them every time someone posts one of her videos.

Well, not generally “states” requiring it (or not) but state bar associations, more specifically. As mentioned previously.

I don't know what to think about this. I'll wait until SFP weighs in on the matter.

These don't exist. Only rational responses to her silliness.
And I don't think I've ever been a member of the ABA. Certainly not the past 13 years when I was on my own (I'm not 100% if my boss ever signed me up at my first job)

In addition make store front lawyer laundry mats choose which one they rather soap up their customers with, the firm or the fluff
