No jurisdiction for the FBI. Statute of limitations is up anyway even if it did happen. Which I doubt

What exactly is there to investigate? The accuser can't give a single detail, and every witness brought forward claims it didn't happen.

Not the FBI's job. AND THAT IS EXACTLY WHY THE HAVE ASKED THE FBI TO INVESTIGATE. BECAUSE THE KNOW THEY SHOULDN'T AND WOULDN'T.

Grassley wanted this to happen. Last week he knew about this subsequent accuser. He could've potentially headed off this issue by letting the FBI talk to her and take statements. This is on him.
