You know the US is in a seriously divided political environment when the Islamists in Iran are endorsing the DSA to take control of the US Congress.
They don't get it.
It wasn't just about a nuclear Iran.
Just look at the UK.
Their unbridled hate for Trump clouds their judgment.
They would rather we live under Sharia Law if it means Trump is gone.
Something I've noticed over the past 10-15 years, very few Democratic Socialists are deep thinkers. Most are incapable of seeing the 2nd and 3rd order consequences of their decisions. That likely have never heard of or used the ol tried and true Ben Franklin method of decision making.

Why does he constantly talk about a deal with them? He wakes up in a different world everyday.

As I've said from the get go, the timing for attacking Iran was terrible but I 100% believe the clash between Islam and the West is/was unavoidable.
This is the correct answer.
It amazes me how it never occurs to people that all the stuff they incessantly whine about as a result of this war would still be happening if we never fired a shot and allowed Iran to arm nuclear. Whether that happened this year or next year or five years from now.
Iran with the threat of nuclear weapons would simply take the Strait just because they could and then they'd dare anyone to stop them.
And that's best case scenario.

IRAN needs to be dismantled, period!
They are BAD for the WORLD!

He’s completely gone. It’s not just funny, goofy, bombastic Trump anymore. I didn’t even get into how he starts it off with fourth grade BS about how we’re the “hottest country.” He is just spitting out the same few talking points that enter his head lately. He can’t help but tell us how great midnight hammer was.
bullshite

You are voting for El Sayid so those are your people now, congrats on full self castration over your anti Jewry paranoia! Suburban, overweight, middle aged white women are so proud of you!!

I'm wondering this too. How does a country who is allegedly completely crippled and on its last leg pose any threat to being the dominant power in their region?

Dead serious here, have you and the others thought about what y’all are going to do once Trump is no longer President? I mean, the best metaphor I can possibly think of is it’ll be like earth suddenly no longer having the sun. It can be survived and life can still thrive, just as y’all can go on and live “regular” ole lives and such……but it’s gonna take a miracle.
Honestly and genuinely here, it’s going to become a thing when enough folks who spent more time and effort and attention hating Trump and then figuring out the next thing to trash him for, in a relatively short amount of time they’re going to realize that the center of their universe and object of their full time job obsessing over him has ended. I just hope those people, again, some amongst us here as well, don’t detach from reality and become violent.

Really?
Afghanistan and the Soviet Union immediately come to mind.

Your word salad can be reversed right back to you. You have made it your life mission to defend Trump against any bit of criticism. How will you behave when he’s gone?
Posted on 10/14/26 at 8:13 pm to Bunk Moreland
Trump really means it this time. He really does.

So I must criticize Trump, but must not criticize you and anyone else criticizing Trump. That actually does make complete sense, considering the characters involved.

You can do what you want but to act like Trump is perfect and infallible like you do is completely ridiculous.

The real dishonest framing is thinking only Trump was criticized
Some of us were on here criticizing GWB back in the good ole days, to the same melting
Now those people who melted then, hate GWB today

So why are we there again?
To make sure that control of the Strait doesn't fall back into the hands of Iran and the UK to wage war in the ME.
All traffic rolling through the Strait is paying $0.00 to London. How the frick do you think Hamas was being funded?
Trump has ended the Globalist connection there and he's not going to allow it to open back up for business.
