That was a nice June Jobs report. Seems to have caught the experts by surprise.

You mean the report that will be downgraded significantly months later to its true number when nobody is paying attention.

The fed will raise rates. They already said this.

Now it's up to Biden to pull us out by getting on the war footing in drilling for oil and becoming energy independent again.

Let's see if he'll do nothing but make things worse like he always does.

Letting people get their jobs back after shutting them down for 2 years isn't job creation.

New jobless claims would like to have a word with you.

Factor in continued high prices at the pumps and on the shelves, expected price increases due to some of the primary drivers of those increases not being addressed (or made worse) and you will realize we are only at the beginning of the beginning.

Fast forward 3.5 weeks and the NYT will run a piece on page B-17 to let us know that it was revised down by 250,000 jobs.

The economy "added" 372k jobs yet the labor force participation rate fell and the unemployment rate remained the same.

All that adds up to, is that a lot of those added jobs were people taking second jobs so that they can afford to live with the double digit inflation we have.

You mean people actually went back to work after a pandemic?

That's really odd.

Cool story. Now about those 3 million or so people that still haven't returned to the workforce since the COVID shutdowns.
