Will be interesting to see which way this goes. The MSM is all excited because she plans to blast “Fox”. But Fox local affiliates are far different organizations than Fox National. But it is in Texas, so who knows. In closing, she’s hot.

Lying to the public probably isn’t a protectable business interest that a court would enforce those provisions to protect.
Now if it’s really just editorial decisions on what’s aired she objects to, she may be in trouble.
Guess it all depends on what she’s got. If those contract provisions exist, I’d imagine a lawyer somewhere is trying to reach a judge to get some type of preliminary injunction or something.
