I do not.
I have no clue where you get this shite, we know you have no imagination.
I do trust myself more than a jury though. If I see you hurt someone in my family, good luck, shithead.

This is such a bulkshit narrative being pushed today. It has nothing to do with a car. Private property is a pillar of civilized society, without it we are nothing more than intelligent livestock. The thief attacked the very fundamental of society and that, without question, is worth getting killed for.
We have got to stop allowing these people to control the discussion with emotion and get back to philosophical roots of what is happening.

The thief valued the truck more than his own life.

You and your family should have worked harder to keep your family member from becoming a thief.

Do we really have to hold on to this old fashioned idea? There is a lot of shite going on now with justice in the US. I guess you'll give me the standard lawyer retort which is well....."it may not be perfect but it's the best we've got".

Well, the thief is dead, so shipping his corpse to Mexico would be a bit pointless.
Hang it on the border as an example of what could happen if illegals act up.

He's an unathletic, spinless wimp.
I bet he's never once taken up for his kids. "I always trust systems over people."

The family should hold a multi-generational family reunion right now. The should stress the importance of not ever pulling a gun on a man holding a gun on you whose truck you have stolen.
Especially if he is from TEXAS!
REMEMBER THE ALAMO!!
Schedule another multi-generational family reunion two months after the conclusion of the one above. Once again discuss the previous lesson but really harp on the additional fact that stealing a truck from a TEXAN is an unconscionable act and should not ever enter their thought process.

I know i’m probably in the minority here and have no pity for the dead thief, i carry and have thought about what scenerios i would use my gun in and it’s only in a life ir death situation. You never know if your gonna get an over aggressive DA trying to make a name for themselves. That being said the guy going to re-claim his property is a HERO.

This should be ran on billboards all along the border. With his name, where he was from, his illegal status in the US.

Roger said no such thing and nothing he said implies any such thing. Roger’s point — and it is a valid observation of both human nature and history — is that as a criminal justice system fails to protect citizens from wanton criminality, more and more people will increasingly look to protect their family and possessions vis-a-vis street justice.

Does anyone remember when AggieHank said that Rittenhouse would be found guilty because he did not have a Wisconsin hunting license?

Did he?
Hank is a big fan of trusting the State and its anti humane systems.

I was basically the only person here saying that he would be exonerated on the serious charges, while everyone on this forum was utterly convinced that activist Democrat judges would railroad him into prison for life.
