Texas businesses mandating masks? What else can they mandate people wear?

Serious question. Looking at all the support on here for Texas businesses deciding to mandate their customer wear a mask, what else is the board in favor they are able to randomly (once the new proclamation is in effect) wear?

Biden hats?
Rainbow LGBT t-shirts handed out at the door?
Alabama t-shirts?

Where exactly does the private business get to dictate to customers what they can wear? Seems like businesses telling certain "types" to pull up their damn pants get in hot water, but randomly telling people to wear a now unnecessary mask is ok?

Here in Georgia, they express the problem with liability, but very seldom take drastic steps to enforce it.

The California exodus transplant companies can dictate whatever they want in their private business.

Texans, however, can choose not to support these businesses.

ETA. They moved all that way, to keep their same policies. They moved all that way just to fail: LOL:

They should be able to do any of this in a private business and let the chips fall where they may for customers wanting to frequent the place. Is it really any different than Galatois requiring a jacket?

When did conservatives become bleeding vaginas like liberals? Bake my fricking cake or you're going to hurt my feelings!

"You have to wear a Biden hat to shop here"
"Ok, I'll just go somewhere else"

Pants that cover up your fricking underwear your mom hasn't washed in three weeks?

Belts for people that don't know how to try on pants before they buy them?

Exactly. There are dress codes for all sorts of restaurants and clubs all over the place.

Don’t want to wear a mask? Don’t go that restaurant.

Don't be a Karen. Perfectly reasonable for a private business to mandate masks. They don't have to care if you don't like it or it annoys you. Just take your business elsewhere. If enough people decide to do that, then I'd imagine they will change.

Me personally, if a store wants me to wear a mask, I've got no issue doing so.

Guess we’ll now see who really was only “enforcing” it because the gov made them

I don't know why anyone would have a problem with businesses having the freedom to choose whether or not to require masks. You have the freedom to not shop there.

The problem was the government requiring businesses to require masks and forcing people to wear them.

Well, I fully support pulling pants up... wearing shirts, etc... If a business wants to mandate something I do not want to wear or will not wear, then I will shop somewhere else...

Just like the "no firearms allowed" signs, I will go somewhere else with my money...

Just go to the businesses that don’t mandate them.

There will be plenty and they will be very successful.

no shoes - no shirts - no service ????

This is the way it should have been all along - rational people can make their own decisions.

I used to but the more I thought about it and their attitude toward me as a gun owner, I decided my money was better suited toward those that do not actively work against what I believe....

Also, God forbid, you have to use the firearm in a store like that, I can only imagine the lawsuits that will follow...

To each their own...
