Why even own a dog like this? What's the point?

It is WELL KNOWN & IMPOSSIBLE to be Ignorant or Unaware of the Constant, Ongoing & Never Ending Reports (REALITY) of these horrific Pitt Bull Attacks & often DEATH that suddenly and frequently occur - anytime/anywhere - involving the Pitt Bull Breed! It is a Highly Known, Simple Fact that is Repeatedly Proven over & over. Countless people are Severely Injured, Disabled, Maimed & Killed by Pitt Bulls. Even more (incalculable #) & Perhaps worse are the loving owners of innocent dogs, cats who are traumatized for life as they helplessly watch their lifelong, loving pet, companion be violently ripped to shreds in front of them, their family. Despite the "sweet" Pitt Bull's owner often being there, they too are usually + entirely helpless to do anything to stop the horror!

THEREFORE & DUE TO THE ABOVE FACTS:

WHAT could be or IS also Present (along with the Breed) in the MIND or Motivation of selecting/owning a Pitt Bull?!? Where does the real "fault" belong when these Pitt Bull attacks, deaths keep continually occurring?!?

No one should Trust, nor Blame/Fault the Breed, for they are only doing, acting, displaying innate behavior, characteristics that are in-born, genetic.

Since the dog is only doing what the dog has always done, how could these ongoing traumatic attacks/deaths be averted!?! Where does the Blame/Fault ultimately lye?! And thus, where & whom should your Trust be given, checked or withheld?

It is a DEATHLY SERIOUS ISSUE (time bomb) that Can/Could/Should be STOPPED!

It wouldn’t matter if you knew everything about raising a dog and were a world class trainer, you can’t train a pitbull to not maul something to death when that switch in their head finally flips. One of Caesar Milan’s pitbulls he raised killed Queen Latifas dog that was being held at one of his facilities and it also injured an Olympic gymnast so bad they could no longer compete.

Cause they’re evil. They love the rush of watching their shite dog maul an innocent dog to death. Have you ever watched their shite owners when their dog is killing another person or animal? They couldn’t move any slower and then when the innocent victims are bloodied and wounded they usually grab their pit and run away. Trash dogs for trash people.

I've only known one guy who owned a well behaved pit bull. But as part of his morning meal the dog had to be fed a sedative to make sure it stayed calm.

Every fricking time. It's amazing how people can't accept how dangerous they are, until something happens. It's such a leftie mindset.

It really is baffling that people can't understand how breeds have a natural instinct they fall back to when triggered. Good or bad.

A sheep dog can never be around sheep, but take to a farm with sheep and it'll know what to do.

Chows are similar to Pitts. Can both be sweet but guard dogs by nature/historical breeding and it'll come out whenever triggered. Just don't know what or when that triggering is going to happen.

I got a German Shepherd long ago from people that couldnt handle her. She flunked obedience, and was very reactive.

She wouldnt really bite, but would nip. I never allowed her around strangers, I would always put her away before anyone stepped foot in the house.

Its up to the owner to protect people from reactive dogs. With Pits, you have the ghetto mentality that goes with them which is why you see so many out of control Pit Bulls.

They are naturally reactive and will kill. Its just a matter of time. I dont mind people having them but they need to learn responsibility. Pit has become the trashy persons dog, unfortunately.

Pits are responsible for approximately 75% of mauling deaths by dogs in the US. The next closest are Rottweilers at around 10%.

It's the damn breed, plain and simple.

Great, the OT phaggotry has made it here

He ain't wrong, bitch. You have a choice of 100 species, when the decision is made to get a pet dog....why in the frick, knowing that the majority of attacks are one breed, would you choose a pit.
Stupid things happen to stupid people who INTENTIONALLY make fricking stupid decisions

It's not even a breed today, it's a type of dog. When people talk about regulating them a dog is a pit if it looks enough like a pit (or does something bad). DNA doesn't matter in these policy discussions.
