For those of us concerned with the lack of due process, I suspect this doesn’t change anything, especially in view of the Hight Court’s 9-0 decision. What this report suggests to me is that there could well be grounds to deport this man. If so, I expect the Government to do their job and deport him lawfully.

True, or at least should be true... but these ever escalating nuggets of information are definitely a sight to behold. I've little doubt all of this was known by admin47 prior to Hombre's departure... they made one hell of a shiny hook for the OMB crowd.
