Failed so they rushed her to the hospital to SAVE HER LIFE. Why? So they can try to execute her again? This makes no sense.
What’s wrong with firing square or hanging? Over in seconds.

She's very likely brain dead and Tennessee is about to get sued for millions.

Brain dead would be the best outcome at this point. If she’s somehow not brain dead and makes a partial recovery will be a legal nightmare.

I think a post action investigation will reveal that she deliberately dehydrated herself, causing her veins to blowout during the execution.
It’s my speculation that she figured out a way to at least partially defeat lethal injection.

Hanging or better yet guillotine, either way you’re going to die, but in today’s world if your neck didn’t snap on the hanging they would try to save you, guillotine will not have that problem

It's already a legal nightmare. She already suffered cruel and unusual punishment. They violated her constitutional rights. It's a clusterfrick and gonna cost the taxpayers millions.

This is a known practice that everyone involved is well aware of.

Separating the head from the body seems an effective technique I’ve heard.

Why is it so bad that she suffered? What about her victims. She didn’t seem to care.

It makes total sense. She should not suffer due to the retardedness of the staff.
They fricked up. The warden guy has resigned as well. Should’ve shot her instead.

Probably the end of lethal injection.
Traditional methods will make a comeback.

I lived in Richmond VA decades ago and they fired up ole sparky for this one fella, they always did it at midnight. Had protesters on one side of the street to save him its cruel, Those to finish it on the other.
One of those to finish it were the parents of the victim. Father said we have been going through court bullshite for a decade. Cruel punishment?
He broke into our daughters apt, raped sodomized her. Tied her up took her to a field and repeated the process. The coronor said she bled to death slowly while he played tic tac toe on her back with a knife, making her continually beg to be killed.

Maybe, maybe not. The son of Sam law probably wouldn’t let her keep the money, so there may not be any interest to pursue damages.

This is very reminiscent of the “M*A*S*H” episode where Col. Flagg brought in a wounded North Korean prisoner to be patched up so he (Flagg) could take him to Seoul and stand him up in front of a firing squad that weekend.
More in the vein of real life, it’s also reminiscent of when Derek Todd Lee received life-saving open-heart surgery while on death row at Angola. A lot of people, myself included, asked WTF? at the time.

Son of Sam type laws wouldn't apply here. It's not a profit from her crime. It would be reparations for the alleged constitutional rights violations.

Those things are too expensive to build for so few cases. There was one guy back in the 1800s who saw this and made a small protable one he hauled in a horse drawn wagon to the towns in need. He made a lot of money.
