Did we do stupid shite as teens? Yes but fighting, shooting each other, stealing and destroying shite was never part of what we did. There is a black culture that seems to embrace this though.

LOL. You are truly a moron. Embassment is driven by having some moral sense of right versus wrong or good versus bad relative to societal norms and standards of civility. The exact opposite of your statement.
These teens have no impulse control number one and no respect for civility number two. Their moral compasses need calibration. The only way to do that is through consequence. If they can not be recalibrated, they are of no benefit to a civilized society.
