I don’t disagree with you there but I also don’t think our country is limited to an either/or situation.
If Iranian sleeper cells have been in place just awaiting activation, that’s no way for America to carry onward or Americans to try and live our lives with a proverbial gun locked, loaded and pointed at our heads just awaiting the command of “Fire” someday.

Before this war or conflict or whatever you want to call it we have never had a problem with Iranian Shia Muslims in terms of terror attacks on US soil. It’s been mostly Wahhabism, the Saudis. Ironic because they are supposed to be our allies.
