Mayorkas doesn't care. His job is to flood this country with as many low skilled, permanent welfare democratic voters as possible. These do nothing Republicans with tough rhetoric are just as bad as the Democrats.

Neat.

What's actually being done about Mayorkis?

That’s all these are. Soundbites. No real action is being taken. Just rhetoric said with an angry tone and strongly worded letters.

Ted made him uncomfortable for a couple of minutes. What more should we expect?

They're completing their takeover of the US, and subsequently the world.

The reaction will be either the continued, slow matriculation of "low skill/intelligence" people resulting in the inevitable death by 300,000,000 cuts, or it will cause secession of some states independently and unconstitutionally (because it will be a last ditch, only option) which will result in civil war and then the establishment sends in the blue hats to squash the "rebellion" once and for all.

Yeah, yeah, talk all you want about how the UN cannot set foot in the US because of "international rules" and whatnot... and then watch them do it anyway, upon invitation from people who don't play by the rules.

We're done either way. It's just a matter of when, now. Take a look around. Even with a last stand of biblical proportions right now for the very soul of this nation, it would still take divine intervention to stop what's coming.

And to your point specifically about Republicans being just as bad as Democrats, this is factually correct. They may even be worse, since at least the Dims don't hide their intentions. The spineless GOPe talks a big game about how they'll save America in order to win reelection, and then they send your tax money by the tens of billions to Ukraine in the very next moment.

IF Trump gets re-elected Ted and the rest of the Republican Senators will work behind the scenes to keep a wall from being built and the border from being permanently closed so the day after Trump leaves office it can easily be reopened.

If Mayorkas is as bad as Sen Cruz has proven then he should be impeached.

I don't trust any politicians - right or left. Ted needs the border to remain in crisis because that gives him his talking points and rah rah bullshite to keep his base donating and voting. Always find it funny how none of these people ever solve problems, just talk about them to keep the grift going.

Gonna have to settle for soundbites and demanding letters because that's all they will ever do

‘Chinese spies can simply walk across our border’

So what will Cornyn, Cruz, anyone, do to stop this? Go have lunch with Joe and laugh...

Seriously, what more can Cruz do? We don’t have the majority in the Senate, so absolutely nothing can be done except to shine a light on what is going on.

What do you want him to do? Impeach Mayorkas? Yeah, that’s going nowhere with Schumer controlling the Senate.
