By industry standards, there is something here.
The VP of marketing did admit in an interview that they needed to start appealing to younger audiences because their product was in decline. Assuming the best intention... Even if they wanted to increase brand approval of audiences that couldn't legally drink so that when they do become "of age" they'll purchase Bud Light over other beers, that's still a problem.

The existence of teen and preteen kids in a marketing demographic is just a reality. The question is, what percent of Dylan's followers are teen/preteen.
My guess? Probably half. While it could be completely political, there is a "there there" and this should be investigated, regardless of whether or not the people calling for said investigation are politically motivated.
I don't care how beautiful and brave the celebrity is, we shouldn't allow alcohol companies to market to underaged drinkers.

I know you are probably trying to accuse him of being trans-friendly in general, but this argument doesn't confirm it either way. BUT from a fighting the issue perspective its the best approach the repub senators could have taken/found. When this was first reported on here last week they got bashed for getting in the way for something that the market was taking care of, so "stop being the typical repubs stepping on their own pricks." This approach is a legal approach to add on though imo, so good for them for doing something.
This is something that could help legally fight the grooming faction of the Democrat push for this ESG garbage.

I think this is right.
Cruz, like many people, thinks using not only a trans person but one who regularly pretends to be a sexualized little girl is unacceptable in our society and certainly so for advertising by corporations.
This is pure showmanship, the stuff Americans loathe, and many of us jumped on it as soon as it was announced. Go after the AAP and all the other entities that are govt-aligned and promote the mutilation of children and continue to let the public destroy the BL brand.
