You should be able to shoot any motherfricker on your property that is attempting to steal or destroy things that belong to you. You shouldn’t even have to fire a warning shot, just snipe the bitch. But realistically, can’t you make a citizen’s arrest or something?

I agree, and I believe it should be taken a step further that if you are caught stealing anything even something not worth shite it’s fair game that the home owner can shoot you even as you try to flee.

In NC if the property owner has a clear no trespassing sign up you can shoot anyone on your property as long as it's not in the back.

Trump guy needs to do 2 things: 1) get a pitbull; 2) sue the neighbor in small claims (place lien on house if not paid before leaving the courthouse so it shows up and causes aggravation if TDS guy tries to sell property).

I used to think the signs were a redneck thing. Then I met and partied with a bunch of sheriffs years ago when I moved here. I mostly have the signs posted on trees on my property to stop the drunk hunters here; but the signs have also stopped the jehovah's witnesses from driving down my driveway on Saturdays in the summer.
