Right here, although I admit that I have not read the article. For my comments, however, that is not necessary.
If he has done something wrong, something criminal, then he should be prosecuted just like anyone else, and then subject to the same punishment as anyone else.
And if he is convicted of a felony, then he should not be elected to any position.
See how easy that is? Equal treatment under the law, regardless of political party, race, religion, ethnicity, wealth, or anything else.

More democrat corruption

Fraud is intrinsic to the Somalis culture. To deprive them of their cultural rights would be some Far Right dystopia.

That's because Tim Walz is one big FRAUD! In his world, he's cool!

Oh ffs one program went from 2 million to two years later over 200 million and no one bats an eye? Obviously people within the govt were involved. Ignorance is no excuse.

Absolutely I voted for him.
Zero chance that I would vote for a felon and someone liable for sexual assault.

Vote for the alleged actual criminal and not the one convicted because a judge said MAL was worth 18 million?

But Trump called Tim retarded, and using the R-word is a much bigger threat to our democracy than something as inconsequential as a few billion dollar fraud by a bunch of politically active African immigrants, who were probably somehow owed the money anyway.

No worries, Trump pardons all the fraudsters, hell, he just pardoned David Gentile, a private equity executive, after he was convicted of defrauding thousands of people in a $1.6 billion scheme. Trump sure loves his criminals, but this is MAGA? right?

Not too familiar with the facts of that case, are you?

The prospectus stated that distributions could come from subsequent investors. That happened. Biden’s lawfare team called it a Ponzi scheme. Cannot be Ponzi if you disclose. Consider yourself educated.

So it wasn't a ponzi scheme, but was it a scheme of some kind was it not? 1.6 billion is a good chunk of change to take from people, I'm sure they handed it over on their own free will, no deception involved.

Maybe. He was convicted by a jury (which are made up of the general populous) of running a ponzi scheme. It could not have been a Ponzi scheme since the source of the distributions was disclosed. It should have been a JNOV. But things are so politicized now.
If you think there was a scheme, charge him with it. You shouldn’t convict because something smells fishy. You need elements and facts sufficient to meet those elements. What he was convicted of was a complete farce.

Comically distant from the standard for conviction. Laughably distant from knowledge about speculative investments.
Like I said. Consider yourself educated.
