This was March, not the runoff.

My answer pertained to a question that included Wesley Hunt

Cornyn (I voted for him) was far from ideal. But, I tried to tell the MAGA idiots Paxton's baggage would make him vulnerable to defeat. Bigly.

What’s your deal man?

I was having a civil debate with you and you resorted to insults.

You’re just pissed your argument doesn’t hold water.

It takes brass balls to admit that you voted for cornyn. What you call MAGA idiots are people who are sick and tired of people like you voting for scum like cornyn. You apparently can't see there is no difference between him and his ilk and hakeem Jefferies. Cornyn got smoked in the Texas primary because a lot of Texans are sick of it too. You should probably look in the mirror and ask yourself where you went so wrong? It's definitely a you problem.

Cornyn won the first round of the primary that's when Cornyn was trying to get the MAGA votes from Hunt

quote:

Then why did Cornyn try to out MAGA Hunt?

That was the answer to this question.. You mentioned Hunt
Cornyn Won the primary by 2%

quote:

Paxton beat Cornyn by 28 points. You’re talking in circles.

thats the primary RUN OFF

which they held because neither candidate got to fifty percent plus one in the primary
and that's how things work in elections

always have

for years now

this might be more your speed

I must be thinking about something else because I thought I recalled there being no runoff in that primary, a surprising and unexpected turn of events wherein the popular sentiment was that Paxilton would take a runoff and be happy with it. But got over and above 50% in the first instance.

I mean hell, it ain’t my state, so I’m only going to allocate a limited amount of attention to the whole thing. Where did I take a wrong turn here? Albuquerque??

Why wouldn’t every person who would have or did vote for Corn not almost automatically redirect their votes to Paxton, if for nothing else than to keep Talifreako out of office?

Agreed. I mentioned sometime earlier, it’s the same thing their interstate buddies in Georgia and Pennsylvania did to Walker and (insert Dr. Oz last name here), respectively. Although God yanked their chains with Fetterman evolving as he has. Apparently they stopped being pussies for one Tuesday in November of 24, but I fear they’re deep into a pussy phase again.

The odds are strongly against that. If you were it would be by accident.
