Taiwan goods are much more towards ceramic than plastics of the Chinese products .

The world suspects Isreal has it. That’s the deterrent. Same with NK.
They have to suspect Taiwan has them in order for there to be an effective deterrent.

I would assume any developed country that could afford them would want them. Hopefully they would never be needed but if they were I (as the leader of that country) would want every option available.
