It was worth it for her, so be it. All the other idiot billionaires actually do it to attend summits on Global Warming; at least, she got to see the Super Bowl…. Good for her…

I googled it so this isn’t my knowledge

quote:

Carbon has an atomic mass of 12 and oxygen 16 each. Meaning every 12 g of carbon produces 44 g of CO2. As a rough rule of them then divide the mass of fuel by 12 to get the approximate mass of carbon and multiply by 44 to get the mass of CO2. ie 1kg of fuel ( without water or impurities) -> 1/12 * 44 = 3.7 kg of CO2.

I’m calling bullshite. A Gulfstream G800 has a capacity of just under 50,000lbs giving it a range of approx 8,000nm. Tokyo to Kansas City is approx 6,200nm. JetA weighs between 6.75-7.02lbs/gal. She’s burning between 550-600gals MAX one way.

I’m pretty sure she flys a Dassault Falcon 900SLX which has a burn rate less than the G800.

Swift reportedly flew in a Bombardier Global 6000, which burns 460 gallons per hour. At 6,200 nautical miles, thats likely a 13 hour trip and would burn at least 6000 gallons of fuel, depending on wind, speed, and loading.

Also remember that internal combustion engines dont burn pure fuel - they burn air as well. A car burns about 15 pounds of air for every gallon of fuel; couldn't find exact numbers on jets, but I'm sure its out there. That's how a plane can release more co2 than it carries in fuel.

Uh, climate bros… I don’t feel so good. That 10 years until the point of no return seems to have crept a little bit closer.

Do you not see the hypocrisy of the overwhelming number of the people you vote for wanting us to change how we live while they exempt themselves?

Do you not see that?

Is Taylor out there making a huge deal about climate change? I haven't heard that. She doesn't really seem to be all that political overall. Maybe a comment or view here and there. I don't expect her not to have any opinions on things, but she doesn't seem overbearing about it.

Maybe I just haven't noticed because I'm not hanging on her every word.

Are you serious, “who cares”?

We the people with brains care!

We the people that are being bankrupted due to climate initiatives.

The same people that are being told “you will eat bugs and like it”

The same people that are eventually being forced to buy EV’s in the name of “save the planet”

The same people they are trying to limit our energy use, no stoves, turn off your AC and moderate etc…

Dummies like you shouldn’t even be able to post on this board.

And they will use all these celebrities to push their agendas.

Btw, her BF Kelce pushed the Jab, so please feel free to take over your quotas for boosters, we want you good in safe
