Within the next 5-10 years, on days such as when there is a heat wave, the government will mandate lockdowns for a day or a few days that will include shutting down all public and private transportation, shipping, enforcing mandatory stay at home orders, and implementing massive utility rate increases and fines for usage of energy during such lockdowns.

Probably so. Any climate lockdown should be met with a legal challenge. I believe that the current lineup of SCOTUS justices will rule that it is unconstitutional.

The youth lawsuits is the new garbage the left is doing to keep the grift going. Hopefully SCOTUS finds a way to put a hard stop on them, but they still make a dent until they get to.

True, but they are going to try another COVID lockdown first and I believe too many people will tell them to get fricked, then they will purposely unleash 'natural' disasters like we saw in Maui and say, see we need to do something in the name of the made up climate crisis. From there they will limit oil production even more in the name of made up climate crisis. This will cause hyper inflation and literally kill the middle class all while pushing electric vehicles and incentivizing the purchase of electrical vehicles through government subsidies. It's all a goal to implement more control over the populous.

And it will go beyond that. The recent push towards making everything electrical is to control you. There will be electricity quotas. You exceed your quota for the month, they cut you off. For the good of the environment, of course. This includes your electric car.
