Dems have a lot of ways to do that in their cities. The also routinely downgrade crimes to make it look better.

I guess this tweet finally shut your dumbass up about "Violent Crime is Down"

No. You're just flinging the same shite (like with this irrelevant Niger base stuff) like a pidgeon knocking the chess pieces over.

I just stopped engaging and observed you proverbially shite on the board.

Another thing to factor into your thinking, Today the Port of Tartus is Russia's only Naval facility outside of Russia.

Oh he's been told.

His response is to discuss a potential port in Sudan and a former US military base in Niger. You know, relevant stuff.

Nah, you were proven wrong with your dumbass "Violent Crime is Down" narrative. You went into the correct profession considering how much you lie. You would fit right in with the top brass at the FBI also

This dude says the Oreshnik releases its 6 re-entry vehicles containing 6 missiles outside of THAADs range. So, if they shot 10 Oreshniks, you'd need 360 THAADS.

Russia has been operating out of the port of Sudan since 2021. There is nothing potential about it

The Russian navy has tucked tail and ran from a country who has no navy.

The Russian Navy is, and always has been, absolute dog shite without anyone's help. Norway and the UK can bottle up the Northern Fleet. Denmark and Sweden can bottle up the Baltic Fleet, Turkey can bottle up the Black Sea Fleet, and Japan can bottle up the Pacific Fleet. If there's ever a war, Russia's Navy will be a non-factor.

Looks like Biden might achieve Obama's dream of removing Assad from power before he leaves office if the Syrian military keeps collapsing at the rate that it has been collapsing. This is not a good thing and I am not celebrating it. Having a more unstable Middle East and another safe haven for terrorists or a country ruled by terrorists is bad, but it looks like that is where Syria is heading. The adults in charge are going to leave Trump with one hell of a mess to clean up.

We’re broke so good luck with all that

Biggest Loser: Christians of Syria, and later, Lebanon

Biggest losers are going to be the Kurds.

Turkey and their HTS homies are already annihilating them.

This was a power play by Turkey to wipe out the Kurds, who have been doing well with our assistance in the East and the oil. Turkey saw Russia preoccupied, iran preoccupied, and the US preoccupied and weak under sleepy Joe Biden. They made their move to wipe out the Kurds and essentially turn Syria into a puppet state.

I doubt anything happens to the Russian base. Lavrov said he’s in communication with his “Turkish friends” and thinks a constructive solution is in play. But you never know.

I do wonder what happens to our troops and the oil in the east.

quote:

“This is just the beginning – I think what Turkey and its Syrian allies are trying to do is to really basically change the current balance of power on the Turkish-Syrian borders before Trump enters the White House,” he said. “They’re using the retreat of the Assad forces as a means to weaken and degrade the pro-American Kurdish forces. All in all it’s not just that the Assad government is losing territories, but the Kurds are also in the eye of the storm. And I think by the end of the current round, their areas will shrink, their power will be degraded and they will be facing bitter choices.”

Correct. Turkey's President is also no fan of Israel so this is also something to factor in.

To me the biggest question is why did Assad flee to Iran after having just returned from Moscow?

Was he afraid the Russians were going to trade him?
Did the Iranians just simply offer a better deal?
Simply logistics? (don't have to cross Turkey for example)
