The presidential briefing in early December, which is to be shared with the incoming president elect was buried because CIA Intel and others said there was no Russian collusion with Trump.

Trump knew he did nothing wrong. Are you suggesting he should have shut down the investigations which were begun under the idea of finding evidence against him, but he knew there was nothing to find?

The investigations were a precursor, had they actually found anything and/or had the Steele Dossier hadn't so quickly proven to be fraudulent, a serious Impeachment attempt would have been the next step. Hell, Adam Schiff is still claiming he has evidence that Trump colluded with Putin to somehow rig the 2016 election.

No serious impeachment was ever commenced against Trump for Russiagate.
