Elon is current worth right at $300 billion.
He’s already said he’s willing to spend whatever it will take to primary anyone that stands in the way of Trump’s agenda.
Bye Susan. Get the frick out!

She won't run in 2026 and her seat will flip to a Democrat. It doesn't matter, though, because she can't be counted on for any vote, just like Murkowski.
She did stick up for Kavabaw and got him approved

Why is this noteworthy? Do we expect any of the democrats to support any of Trump’s picks

Just how smart do you think you have to be?

We knew already, Susan. No need for you to announce it.
Yep. We knew that Collins and Mukowski were going to be a problem.
The usual suspects are at it again.

Is it possible that Trump nominated Gaetz as a smoke screen so that he can easily get the person he really wants as AG?

It's basic marketing, whomever is next will seem moderate... even if not.
But, you never know with Trump. Gaetz might be it.
A) I have no doubt Gaetz would volunteer to take the non-confirm hit
B) I have no doubt Trump is shrewd enough to use that to make the next guy moderate
C) After battling Gaetz for a week or two, the next guy (or gal) will be done with haste; it might shorten the timeline.

This is why the Ds stealing the Az and NV senate seats was a big deal.
3-4 GOPe will hijack the Senate and block any true MAGA appointments or legislation. If we had 55 they wouldn’t have such power.

I don't think Gaetz is dumb. From what I've seen from his time as a rep he's a great political tactician. But to accomplish what Trump is likely going to do he's going to have to be a great legal strategist. The AG is going to have to be shamelessly aggressive (check) and very creative legally (not checked?).
Have to remember what his office will spend a disporportionate amount of time doing (taking away from prosecuting crime) and that will be, in part, protecting the administrations directives. And doing that against some really smart liberal asses. They will do the twisting of the constitution after judge shopping. He will have un-twist the law before, many times, a hostile judge.
His enemy is one that will claim deporting known murderers is a crime against humanity and Trump should stand trial in the Hague... and they will do it so a judge will agree with them.

This is all I needed to hear. Matt Gaetz is definitely the guy we need for Attorney General. If the Democrats and MSM come out against him then that’s just the icing on the cake. These next 4 years should and hopefully will be the biggest FU to the establishment global agenda that this country has seen since 1776

If she wants to vote against Gaetz, cool. But why not at least keep an open mind and hear Gatez’s testimony in the confirmation hearings? She’s a Republican after all. Maybe she could pretend to be loyal?

Collins has long been a loose cannon for any legit Conservative policy. American has spoken. She should be the first target that Elon writes a check against.

That’s ok, you pathetic wretch of a woman. We already factored that in. We have 53 + the VP. You’re inconsequential.
