Hold them in detention at the U.S. consulate in their home country if they want their due process. If they don’t want it, let them go home with free transportation.

This has always been the solution.

You want your hearing? Guess what? It's not in the USA, it's at the US Embassy/consulate of your home country. There will be a US immigration judge there to hear your case.

All illegals should be rounded up and sent to tent cities in Arizona awaiting deportation hearings.

Those whose asylum claims are allowed should remain in the tent city until their country is safe to return. There should be no reason for an asylum seeker to be wandering around our country freely.

If they weren't free in our country none would want to stay.

So not only are Democrats making the US waste more money in holding them in US facilities, they are making us put them in even more violent prisons that we have in the US (as opposed to CECOT which is dramatically nonviolent).

Yeah, Democrats don’t have the credibility left to pretend that this is about due process with all their persistent shenanigans with regards to allowing legal immigration to explode over the past years. This is just embarrassing, and frankly, intellectually insulting.

This actually will likely make private prisons/detention facilities more profitable. Good work Dems.

Come on man! That's a ridiculously generalized statement, even for you.
But, lol.... whatever... i know better than to to believe you are capable of anything better.

I’d have to read the decision more carefully, but I suppose it’s possible for
a strictly limited time. Certainly not for an extended period or indefinitely.

He did.

But that doesn't solve the problem of the millions who did not stay in Mexico during the Biden admin.
