He's not going to slow down in removing these leaches. They're now grabbing non criminal illegal aliens and shipping them out of here. They (ICE) just hit a factory near me, and grabbed a few van loads of these scumbags.

I understand why liberals are looking for something to hang their hats on or some sort of silver lining, but this does nothing but empower Trump and the Republicans more.

Stop trying to over think this.

Eight hours? Try 18.

SFP simping for illegal criminals, who knew.

Here's what bothers me:

(1) It's not clear this bro was MS-13. He is a married father of three who works in a machine shop. Doesn't exactly fit the profile.

(2) it would be one thing if he got deported, but he got deported and put in CECOT.

(3) His deportation was illegal (the DOJ admitted it was a mistake).

Maybe you (all) don't give a shite if it's legal, but you should. The only thing stopping US citizens from being deported into CECOT is the law. If US citizens can get mistakenly sent to CECOT, then suddenly almost no one will be anti-Trump. And all those wine moms who were deep into BLM because they just loved policing tiny linguistic slipups online are going to bring the same little-red-book energy to MAGA.

It came out in previous court appearances he was absolutely MS-13. That isn't even debatable.

It's debatable. The finding that you're likely referring to was an immigration judge's denial of a bond, which is a preliminary ruling where the detainee has the burden of proof. The evidence on which the judge made the finding was "that a confidential informant advised that he was an active member of MS-13 with the Westerns clique' – a group based out of Long Island, New York." https://www.newsweek.com/kilmar-armando-abrego-garcia-deported-el-salvador-maryland-father-ms13-2054507

The judge did not find "he's absolutely MS-13", but rather that the CI's statement was sufficient to not release him on bond. So, maybe? But he doesn't really act like it: No criminal record, has a job and a family.

That said, I hope you guys are comfortable with a Dem president making unreviewable decisions on who is a terrorist or gang member.

I don't have to worry, this is only applicable to foreigners
