It was religious/philosophical. Boss rubber stamped it but still waiting to actually hear if facility accepted it ( they said they would but never actually gave my boss or myself an answer). I’ll let them fire me if they don’t. I’m fortunate to be in that position.

The Solicitor General does not dispute that OSHA is limited to regulating “work-related dangers.” Response Brief for OSHA in No. 21A244 etc., p. 45 (OSHA Response). She instead argues that the risk of contracting COVID–19 qualifies as such a danger. We cannot agree. Although COVID–19 is a risk that occurs in many workplaces, it is not an occupational hazard in most. COVID–19 can and does spread at home, in schools, during sporting events, and everywhere else that people gather. That kind of universal risk is no different from the day-to-day dangers that all face from crime, air pollution, or any number of communicable diseases. Permitting OSHA to regulate the hazards of daily life—simply because most Americans have jobs and face those same risks while on the clock—would significantly expand OSHA’s regulatory authority without clear congressional authorization.

Supreme Court.gov website
Stayed OSHA until appeals came hear merits of case
Removed 2 stays for health care workers.

Kind of agree with it in a healthcare setting. Don't have a problem with it.
Disagree, CMS gets to say do this or you get no funds. Those funds need to be on the ballot. Take them away from Fed agency and lets states collect it.

Okay, that's actually a pretty big difference.

This is not a win for the good guys!!
A win for normalcy would have been a complete rejection of this mandate FOR EVERYONE!!
Robert’s is a POS and if he truly is compromised, I HOPE it comes out sooner rather than later!!
Spineless POS

That sounds like a shot across the bow.
Roberts is still a puss.

The Supreme Court on Thursday temporarily blocked the Biden administration's vaccine-or-test mandate for large employers, but upheld the vaccine-only mandate for health providers.
The Court ruled 6-3 against the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's employer mandate, blocking it from taking effect while other legal challenges play out.
The Court ruled 5-4 to keep the health care worker mandate, with Chief Justice Roberts and Brett Kavanaugh joining the liberals.

Why should the healthcare mandate any different??? Can they show that healthcare workers have have been affected any differently than anyone else?
I actually have a rapid heart rate for some reason. Heart has hurt bad a few times since the shot. I’m doing a stress test next week and will be seeking a medical exemption. It’s not worth it if they make us take boosters. I’m 36
