Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Fitch has filed a brief with the Supreme Court defending the state's ban on abortion after 15 weeks of pregnancy in the case Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization.

Any justice that votes to overturn is putting their lives at risk. Abortion issue is the dems #1 dont cross the line...and we all know how nuts they are now.

With that said, Roe v Wade should have been overturned 30 years ago. Abortion is a state issue and not federal.

the greatest epidemic in the US is not COVID, it is abortion, hundreds of thousands of murdered innocent babies every year, how long can we let this evil go on.

Just wondering...how does the supreme court overturn a past ruling to where it's considered totally overturned?

I'm wondering what would kick off the new TX law that makes abortion illegal 30 days after it's overturned.

I wish this would come when power is a little more evenly distributed at the federal level. The margins while close are all tilted in one direction. I don't want to tempt their threats on adding states, justices, and many other radical laws.

I wish this would've waited hopefully until after the midterms.

They'll choose not to hear it at all. They're cowards.

You gonna pay to take care of all these unwanted babies? Who pays for this?

We are when we then have to expand the welfare state to feed them and house them

To me this is not about abortion. It's about perversion of law. Lots of countries allow abortion. But it's through legislative action. The U.S. is the only country to declare abortion as a Constitutional right. Even Ruth B. Ginsberg said it was a ludicrous stretch in interpreting privacy rights.

We already are paying for millions, what's a few million more? Hell, millions are pouring across the border as well.

I know what you're staying here but lets remember the way it works.

Trash cities across the U.S. and try to break down Supreme Court doors - Constitutionally protected, CDC and Physician approved, right to gather and express free speech.

Follow a security guards lead and walk into the Chamber of the legislator - The FBI will come calling to you home of residence, where-ever you live.

SCOTUS is bought and paid fore lock stock and barrel

if they can invent an excuse they will go even farther with roe vs wade to make after birth abortions legal. roberts has already set precedent he will personally rewrite laws to justify acquiescing to the left

there is not a chance in hell they ever hear the case if they had the slightest intention of ruling based on the constitution or established laws

Prediction 1: The pro-abortion crowd is going to protest this in DC. Pink pussy hats may make a return.

Prediction 2: The media will give the protestors glowingly positive coverage.

Prediction 3: SCOTUS will not change anything.

Prediction 4: The media will praise this decision and split between using it to mock Trump's SCOTUS appointees and heaping praise on the Biden administration just because Democrat.
