I'd love to see Kamala hoisted to presidency. Would hopefully erode the "we need people of color no matter what" mantra in one fell swoop

The media probably already have the stories written up for Joe's resignation on Jan 21st.
On his way out Joe pardon's Romney's kid and former campaign Manager, Pelosi's kid. Hunter Biden, and Kerry's stepson and any others that come about via Burisma or Ukraine.
They already said they have dem committees that already worked out Kamala VP being approved/voted in. (No one would stop this) Kamala chooses a BCC member, Big Mike, or Newsom.
Then suddenly Kamala's family member will have a health issue----after a month or so she will resign and fully pardon Joe on the way out.----

Doesn't the 14th Amendment require conviction in court to disqualify someone from holding office? I'm not sure "conviction" by the Senate would suffice. If that was sufficient, then Congress could just determine that anyone was guilty and keep a limitless number of people from holding any office in the country.

No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. Yep, some posters here are finally catching on. It’s simply just damage control, and the illusion of a level playing field for the corrupt FBI, now that the talk of political one-sidedness has really picked up. Also very obvious timing now the the GOP house will be soon starting their investigation. If the Dems would have kept the house, guess what?? Those documents would stay right where were until they rot.

Big problem with that. A VP does not have control of what is or isn't classified. POTUS does.

I predict he will resign over this minor incident to set an example for the rest of history = "when a public servant has any blemish whatsoever on his record, he owes it to our posterity to resign that office. How can you stop Trump from going back in? Trump was president and Biden was Vice President at the time. He didn't carry the same powers as Trump did when he possessed these documents.

Two inconvenient facts for the uniparty;
When plugs took the classified documents he was VP and had no authority to declassify them prior to taking them.
Trump as POTUS, had the authority and declassified the papers prior to leaving office. This is why the hype about Trumps docs went away and he wasn't charged.

It is transparently the KH camp pushing this so she gets her historic first and the opportunity to run twice as an incumbent. Even though it sounds crazy, that's been the plan since inception.
