The left knows he is done and cannot win in 2024 and this is the way they remove him. He may survive in office until the end of his term because they know elevating Kamala will just further expose their incompetence. This is how they just force him to walk away. Of course as we know he may still get lost and do something foolish on the way.

They want to show that no one is above the law and if they impeach their own guy they will disqualify Trump on same thing. These people are evil. They even set Joe up to fail to protect them from Trump going back in!!

As soon as I heard the story, my first thought was that this was some sort of mind game set up. The left will throw Joe under the bus, on the grounds that he had these classified documents in his possession. He would be kicked out of office directly because of this and the statute saying that he couldn't hold office as a result.
But, the whole point of it would be to make the claim that Trump similarly was barred from holding office as that would be the fair and just thing to do.

Exactly. They are trying to kill 2 birds with 1 stine. They had the info in Biden docs and held it on purpose to do Trump raid and get public sentiment going. Now doing Biden. And will use it to get Trump. However, Trump can declass as POTUS whereas Bidwn can’t as VP (when docs were taken). But you know they will try.

They are trying to get Biden out with Biden pardoning all of them and his son on the way out
They will say Joe resigned and is no longer qualed to ever run again. And then they can nail Trump balls to the wall and say he is also not qualed to run for office.
Then whoever they want as President Kamala will choose as VP.
