You've got to stop keeping black people down. You truly believe that they cannot compete with white people.

I temporarily did construction, zero experience, to help an old high school buddy out who axed his old crew.

25 an hour. And the rest of the people he hired on were Hispanics who couldn't speak a lick of English.

There are jobs out there, but they might be 10-16 hour shifts working in the summer heat...

Different side of the same coin. Welfare destabilizes the family unit, because the government replaces the father. Single women qualify for more benefits than married women. It's a vicious cycle.

Seriously, what 30 year old can't be worth more? Outside of mental and physical defects, you should be able to develop some skill other than clubbing and fricking.
