Yet for every 1 sick, evil person there are 40 great loving persons. The numbers certainly are not in the favor of the evil. Anyone who is good or great must understand the necessity to be armed and ready to remove evil when it appears.

Horrific evil was let out of the cage when death penalties for horrific crime was removed and appeals allowed to take 20 years. It is time to make "horrific death" a penalty for a crime of death. Heck, chop off fingers or hands for theft!!

This brings up an interesting dilemma for the DA. Does the DA charge him for murder even though it appears the parents are taking her off life support?

I just realized I sounded like SFP welll akshully........

So surreal hearing the beep of the heart monitor and yet she is ...gone.
I hope the recipients of her organs live a long and healthy life, thanks to this young woman.

Trump administration and 2028 election will determine if we can be buck this trend and create long lasting change or if it’s simply a bandaid on a compound fracture

I pray for the latter, but anticipate the former. Looking through an objective lens, the GOPe is accomplishing relatively nothing, and doing everything they can to stall on codifying the MAGA agenda as much as possible.

I try to realistically look at the people in government right now in any capacity that are actually MAGA, and they're very few in number. Trump, Vance, Rubio, Gabbard (probably), Noem, Homan, Miller, Hegseth, AP Luna, Tim Burchett, Brandon Gill, Bobby Jr., McMahon and.... well, that's about it for the ones that truly seem staunch and committed. The rest are GOPe swampers and Uniparty swamp Dims.

The prognosis looks disconcertingly negative.

Those students and teachers will carry that with them for the rest of their lives. They may grow apart and lose touch, but that will be a common thing they all have.

We lost three students in one night due to a wreck… two of them good friends of mine. Buried both friends in one day while the other held on a week and a half before succumbing.

No matter the time that passes I can run up on someone and we can still share a memory of our 16 year old fallen friends.

This one has hit me hard. The community this girl lived in is only 10 minutes from where I live. And she was a senior, just like my daughter. And she was on the cheer squad, again just like my daughter. It’s just senseless that a young girl like this is dead, especially because a 27 year old piece of dog shite decided to go to a high school party and start hitting on high school girls. Whatever punishment he gets, it won’t be enough. At the least, they need to bring Big Yellow Momma out of retirement and let this piece of dog shite ride the lightning all the way straight to hell.

I have family who knew this girl well, as well as the other guy who was shot. It is a terrible situation that never should have happened.

ETA: The male victim was shot ten times and has survived. He has a long road to recovery.

I'll tell you what I see in this video:

Young people with actual respect for human life and present in an actual moment of importance. No fricking phones and no inappropriate fooling around. Real feelings and respect. I can't actually remember the last time I saw such from such a cohort.

Unbelievable it had to be because of this. That poor soul and her surviving family.
