She defines structural injustice as the unintended, cumulative result of many individuals and institutions acting within existing rules and norms—actions that, over time, create systematic disadvantages for certain social groups.

The above doesn't exist as described above. Above is simply a progressive's perspective but that in no way affirms this is reality. It's simply making excuses. For the average person, we all face struggles and adversity. Life on life's terms.
While types of privilege exist for some, such as rich folks.... I don't believe race is as significant as you and ur heroes claim.

A political theorist? GTFO.

How about every economist and honest social scientist who are unanimous on the three points to achieve success in this country:

1) Get a useful education or other skills
2) Work hard
3) No kids outside of marriage

Actual studies with actual statistics prove time and again that’s the magic formula.

GTFO with this theoretical systemic injustice bullshite.

Yes. Straight white males are discriminated against in many ways, particularly in higher education and business.

It’s easy if you convince huge groups of people that their plight has nothing to do with them personally, their culture, their choices - it’s the “system” that’s keeping you down. The only path then is to overturn the system.

You can’t have a Marxist revolution without an “oppressed” proletariat.

Marxists in academia realized that using the “working class” as their base doesn’t work well in the US due to our upward mobility and the western ideal that education and hard work lead to success. So they pivoted to identify politics to cultivate their “resistance”.

Is it possible that people are disadvantaged because of parents choices that become a mindset of the children? Is this just urban people or are you including the most rural areas as well ? Because there are different reasons altogether for these scenarios. Are your thoughts on this topic considering political decay & broken families in urban settings as the number one & 2 factor? Without great leadership urban areas have for decades upon decades have allowed schools to become daycares instead of learning centers. Children will generally gravitate towards what they see is an easier way. Without a stable environment that easier way likely will lead to another generation of people with no self worth sliding down into poverty. This is not an easy fix as it is ingrained into urban society. Education and family values are the only way out but you won’t find that other than rhetoric being slung around in voting seasons. Are there exceptions? Yes and that is awesome that it happens but way to often those people who break out are thought of turncoats not examples. The first step is people would need to quit holding others as the reason they don’t succeed

Her continued avoidance of jail discrepancies based on sex proves she's either a liar, or a hypocrite.

She can comment on a thread and might get a couple of responses. She can start a thread and it's always controversial as most people do not agree with anything she believes but they almost always turn into some of the longest threads. Maybe captivated is not the best description but how else do you explain the lengthy threads that she starts? She can get this place ginning like no other....

She'll come across academic TPs, concepts, or stims and post them here for responses. She's often posting to specifically elicit contrarian takes on a topic. Seems she's got thick enough skin to sift through piles of nasty invectives to get to those takes.

A common theme in her threads is criminal justice, understanding intergenerational poverty and incarceration. Those are societal problems we should all like to address and solve. So I certainly don't mind engaging along those lines.
