I think big city police training is 100%political, where as small town police training is influenced by the personal ideology of the power broker in charge.
During the Obama term, didn't they force the Black Panthers or some Malcom X group into the blue cities for police training? I am pretty sure I remember NOPD involved in that.

I rarely see cops unless I go into the city limits. They don’t just patrol out here.
When I lived in New Orleans I would see them daily.

This is true. LA has the Louisiana commission on law enforcement. There’s a POST division within COLE that sets standards and training. There is a ton of good training available to police. This video is an example of shitty training from guys just trying to get paid.
It’s unfortunate that most departments can’t afford quality continuing education for all of their officers. Some have trainers in staff but this is limited to larger population organizations.

I can ASSURE YOU that if every person pulled over by the police was COMPLETELY calm and compliant, 95% of physical incidents with the police would magically disappear.
Oh, and don't do any shite to get your dumbass pulled over by the police. I've been driving for 38 years and been pulled over TWICE. It ain't hard. And all my adult life I've had jobs that were driving jobs.

Ignore traffic laws, drive your car without lights working and your chance of being pulled RISES exponentially.
Be COMBATIVE when you're pulled, and you run a much higher risk of having problems with law enforcement. This could include getting the piss beat out of you or worse.

On that RARE OCCASION where you get pulled over (and you should come across a 3 headed dog more often than getting pulled over IF you are acting responsibly) and the cop is acting unlawfully, you can challenge it in court.
You can also choose to not escalate the situation that 95% of these didn du nuffins choose to do. Use your head if you're capable of that, DUNCE.

Lots of white people get looked at closely by cars. If they're kind of scruffy looking. If they drive a rundown car. A whole host of categories. The fact that you can only think of skin color is a you problem

Also I am not anti-cop. Good cops are awesome and extremely necessary in society. Moreover. The media tends to make a big deal out of cases where the cop was fine because all the media cares about is pushing race narrative. Meanwhile they completely overlooked the actual problems that exists in policing in America. And liberals generally have no idea what the hell they want in policing. As far as they're concerned they just want to be able to get away with whatever.
We need good cops. Most importantly we need good cops to stop viewing bad cops as brothers and start viewing them as a stain to be removed. Frankly. That's a massive shortcoming that currently exists even among good police officers. I have LE in my family, but I’ve come to believe this: if your Constitutional rights are being violated, it’s about a 98% chance that it is cops doing it. And there’s close to a 100% chance that his superiors, all the way up to mayors, county judges, and even governors are going to support him in doing so.
Cops are best avoided if at all possible. No need to be rude or shitty if forced to interact, even if your rights are being violated. Just document as much as possible, and contact the most ruthless and aggressive attorney you can find afterward.
