What I get out of this chart, among other things, is it would save us money if we canceled all legal immigration and welcomed illegal immigration.
I kind of like that idea. If every immigrant was illegal, they'd get less services and we'd be able to kick them out at any point.

Actually, what it doesn't take into account is state vs. federal expenditures. The wall is a 100% federal expenditure. There's no way to tell how much of the savings will be realized by the federal government. Education and the criminal justice system, for example. California...huge savings at the state and local level. North Dakota...not so much.
