Stop bringing up beau biden, Mr. President. It is 100% irrelevant.

Beau biden died of brain cancer. It is sad but it has nothing to do with his time as a soldier.
It is offensive to gold star families to make the comparison.
He is using his dead son to try and bolster his credibility as a grieving father. It is disgusting.

It’s one of the few stories his dementia brain can remember. He won’t remember the 13 marines just killed by his failed retreat. He won’t remember going to the tarmac to receive their dead bodies either.

Before this utter debacle even happened, I can remember numerous speeches from Trump where he recognized how important it was for these parents to talk about how wonderful their kids were. How they were star students or the quarterback of the football team.
He did it with his own goofy Trump style but was talking about how awesome these parents wanted the President to know their kids were. How far they could throw a football - whatever.
He didn’t have to say “as a father” he HEARD THEM. He knew and understood what they were saying about their sons and daughters was meaningful.
For all the grief Trump gets about being a narcissist and vain and so forth - he respected and honored these families by keeping it about THEM.
Trump can be a hothead. And get on a tangent about petty disputes. But the guy loves his children and has raised them all to be functional adults. He kept it about deceased soldiers because he has actual empathy for people. He can see what is meaningful to them. And that’s what he kept all of these interactions about.
Joe Biden is a morally bankrupt imbecile. His disrespect of these families tells me that he is not fit to be the commander in chief.

Years ago, I was talking to an elderly woman in a nursing home. Every few minutes she asked me what my name was. The amazing thing is she told me all about her past in great detail. That is how dementia patients are. Many can remember everything about something that happened a long time ago, but can't remember anything that happened recently.
