Still trying to wrap my head around the suppression of information we saw yesterday

We woke up this morning in a country where the two largest social media platforms in the world (Facebook and Twitter), as well as almost every major newspaper and national television news outlet spent the entire day yesterday suppressing a New York Post article because the story was damaging to the presidential candidate they support.

All allegations against Trump are assumed to be true, must be investigated and require transparency. All allegations against his opponents or evidence to defend himself are conspiracy theories. It is truly an Orwellian horror show.

This has been going on for my entire life. This is not new. Growing up I had to get National Review or Weekly Standard if you wanted any real non liberal news. People forget fox news did not come around until 1996.

This surprised me - zero. Not as "big" or egregious, but this has been going on for years. And it's closer to home than media/social media. I've read dozens of posts on this board from guys explaining they can't openly be conservative for fear of losing their job.
I've been saying for months around here that we have one way out of this short of armed conflict. It requires joining forces with citizens/voters polar opposite us on the political spectrum (that's not an accident), so the conversation doesn't go far ... yet. But it will eventually.

That's pretty much it. Twitter claims it censored because it can't confirm authenticity for what happened yesterday, yet looks the other way with any claims against Trump or Republicans that can't be authenticated.

This is perhaps another one of those issues that a second term President Trump will address without certain constraints once there's no longer any possible claim that Trump's doing whatever for political/reelection purposes. I think there'll be a lot of that if and when he's reelected.

Yesterday?? Find me one article online right now on NBC, ABC or CNN that even mentions the Hunter laptop or even the twitter Facebook suppression.
