The problem with RT's argument is that the deportation process DOES satisfy the relevant "due process" obligation, if those processes are FOLLOWED.
The problem for the Trump administration is that it seems to be having difficultly FOLLOWING the applicable processes (whether intentionally or inadvertently) and is thus (in many cases) denying even that reduced level of "due process."
Miller's problem is that he does not seem to care whether the Trump adminstration does (or does not) comply with applicable law.
