He speaks the truth but it hurts libtards like you to hear it. It is truly amazing that there are people like you thinking “yeah, illegal aliens are a great idea”. Ignorance on viagra.

Have you looked at London and Paris lately? They are doing great….

IDK the answer but were there Brits taken captive in the War of 1812 given due process?

It does not mean: any person, except those people we don't like.
RT, you just don't understand. Non-citizens are not "persons."

Apparently, they are aardvarks or something.

Due process is owed to everyone, from federal and state governments.

There are no exceptions as Miller is asserting.

He isn't asserting an exception. Deportation is the process due to them.

wrong. It says citizen AND subject to the jurisdiction.

Not "or"

Actually there is an exception;
quote:

All persons born or naturalized in the United States
Illegal aliens are not born or naturalized in the United States. Therefore, this does not apply to them.
Sweet baby Jesus.

You do understand, I hope, that the due process clause is in a completely different sentence than the language you reference ... language related solely to citizenship.

Certainly you are trolling, rather than attempting to make a sincere argument.

Illegal alien* corrected it for you.

That’s fine. Give the parents an option to leave the child here or take the child back to their home country. Only moral thing to do.

The process which is due is not the same for invaders as for citizens.

(The 14th Amendment) says state. United States is referred to as United States in that amendment. Genuinely, section 1 of the 14th amendment due process does not apply to Fed gov. You’re looking for the 5th Amendment
That IS what it says, but longstanding SCOTUS precedent applies it to the federal government as well.

The problem with RT's argument is that the deportation process DOES satisfy the relevant "due process" obligation, if those processes are FOLLOWED.

The problem for the Trump administration is that it seems to be having difficultly FOLLOWING the applicable processes (whether intentionally or inadvertently) and is thus (in many cases) denying even that reduced level of "due process."

Miller's problem is that he does not seem to care whether the Trump adminstration does (or does not) comply with applicable law.

He cited the entire section, but his argument relies only upon the second sentence. Your comment focuses upon the first sentence.
