I have no idea what you are talking about. The American Revolution wasn't even about monarchy. It was about tyranny and there is a distinct difference. A huge portion of the founding fathers and Revolutionary patriots were ready to crown Washington king after the Treaty of Paris. We didn't go that direction.
Canada has a monarch as its head of state because Canada chose/chooses the constitutional monarchy as its system of government.
Tearing down statues of your head of state amidst a self-loathing virtue signal crusade is stupid.
