We have to be fair. If you had the exact same set of circumstances with BLM, this board would say she fricked around and found out. On the flip side, the media would have said this was a peaceful protest, the woman was murdered, and there would be marches for her.

None of this bullshite is relevant.
The officer violated the use of force policy for Capitol police. There was no imminent danger of serious bodily injury to anyone from Ashli Babbitt. As such, the use of force was not authorized by policy.
Does that mean he should be tried for murder? Probably not. But a lesser charge could certainly make sense. At the least, he should lose his job as a Capitol police officer.
