I never liked him as a person. I enjoyed listening to his first few albums. He was a really great lyricist when he was young.

I'm originally from where he came up as "The Boss." Other than maybe 2 or 3 songs, I have never really liked his music. Always thought it was mediocre and he was a wannabe' Dylan with not half the talent. The best thing about his music is his backing band. As for his politics, he can double frick off.
