Spinoff: What would happen to a guy like Sam Kinison in today's political climate?

Sam Kinison was unique, funny, and completely irreverent. He was a former child evangelist turned wild man.
He was also as politically incorrect as you can get.
He was killed in a tragic auto accident on April 10, 1992.
How would he be treated today?
