Soros prosecutor Steve Descano (Fairfax, VA) asked a judge for an *illegal alien Islamic extremist murderer* to be let out of confinement & driven to the Tajikistan embassy in D.C. to get a foreign passport. Then he was given a "48-hour pass" to leave the psych ward, and used it.

Abdulloi Toshpulodzoda was found “covered in blood from head to toe” after stabbing a man to death, and told police “I am guilty.” Yet he was deemed "not guilty by reason of insanity" due to his religious beliefs, after taxpayers paid for a Muslim psychiatrist to evaluate him.

The Fairfax County Community Services Board and Northern Virginia Mental Health Institute acknowledged that Toshpulodzoda was an illegal immigrant and murderer, but said it “is of the opinion that Mr. Toshpulodzoda is an appropriate candidate for conditional release.”

A judge disagreed, but days later, the institute let him out on a 48-hour "unaccompanied community visit." Fairfax even paid for an apartment for him! He, of course, instead went to Dulles and fled the country.

If true, then who isn’t? Yikes!

Gov Spamberger was elected with the same foolishness Ohio dems are trying with Amy Acton.

Police found him covered in blood from head to toe at the scene; he reportedly told officers “I am guilty.” He was later found not guilty by reason of insanity (in 2022) after evaluations indicated he was insane at the time of the killing (described in some reports as involving fixation on religious topics and illogical thinking). He was committed to the Northern Virginia Mental Health Institute.

In July 2026, while on an approved unsupervised 48-hour pass from the facility (despite a recent court order that he remain confined), he left, went to Washington Dulles International Airport, and boarded a one-way flight to Istanbul and then Dushanbe, Tajikistan (his native country). A bench warrant was issued for his return to custody.

Recent news coverage (from mid-August 2026) focuses on this escape after the not-guilty-by-insanity finding. Some reports have described him in connection with immigration status and Islamist extremism claims, though the core legal finding was the insanity acquittal on the murder charge.

Zero confirmed terrorists: The TSA has never publicly verified stopping a terrorist attack or arresting an operational terrorist at an airport screening checkpoint.
There’s been more TSA agents arrested than terrorists arrested by the TSA.

H'mm maybe it's not harder to fly, international, as a murder suspect, than voting after all.
