In light of the Supreme Court Ruling, I was reflecting on the need for representatives that advocate for your needs and rights. Urban NY residents and the rural Iowa farmer have different legitimate needs for representation.

What exactly are the special needs of people of different races?
I cannot think of a single reason why people of different races must be grouped for representation in the law. The only reasons are purely racist and special carve outs.

Yet I see the Democrats claiming somehow black voters are being denied a vote. Of course their followers parrot this claim mindlessly while foaming at the mouth.

Why dont Asians get to be soley represented by Asians? Why dont Hispanics get to be represented solely by Hispanics?

Why do all these race based advantages typically only apply exclusively to black people?

The only representative that is expected to advocate for all constituents equally is the white male. Every racial/sex minority is expected to bat especially for their team.

In most cases, I would argue that minorities that live Congressional districts represented by a white person have better living conditions, opportunities, and schools

If by “most cases” you mean 99.9% of the time, the yes, this is true

Winsome Earle-Sears, a black woman, got only 10 percent of the black vote in the Virginia governor race in 2025 against a white woman.

Conservative blacks routinely lose the black vote. That alone should tell you what a farce this entire concept is.

They don't want blacks in office. Even the blacks won't vote for a black conservative. This is about democratic votes - period.

District 2 in Mississippi has had Bennie Thompson for decades and Mike Espy before him and I can't think of one thing better in that district in the many years that they served. Most things are worse but maybe not really their fault. They aren't spitting out babies at age 13 and they can't create jobs that don't exist. Machinery has taken 99% of the jobs that the Delta once had but they are hell bent on a person of color in that district. But, if you look at the lines, that is the epitome and the true definition of gerrymandering due to race. Benny should be in jail with what he did with the J6 and somehow a history teacher and county supervisor somehow becomes a millionaire simply by being elected to Washington.

According to the Leftists who depend on blacks voting for them to continue to hold office, people can only be adequately represented by others of their own race because... reasons.

Ask yourself this question:

In the current Louisiana 6 congressional district, if a black conservative ran against a white liberal, who would win?

The answer is the white liberal. Which should answer the question in your OP.

Government cannot server "unique needs" and maintain equality at the same time.

The brilliance of our founding is that our government did very little, so unequal treatment wasn't required. People were responsible for themselves. They could fulfill their own needs.

The rise of government dependence, is the root problem. Because all individuals -- not just "special minorities" have unique needs the government will always fail to deliver individually-catered needs. Especially in a country the size and diversity of the US.

I don't expect real answers from Liberals here, but the argument is somehow black folks lost representation with this.

I really can't think of any legal issue that would require a black person to need special carved out representation. It's just such a racist idea and they have scared people into not questioning it. What specific law do black people require that differs from their white or asian neighbor?
