Per Charlie Kirk: 25 GOP say they will not support Emmer. The Dems might hold out and vote present to lower the threshold for Emmer if he promises to fund what they want.

I just contacted my rep (got an admin obviously) and asked if he was going to let his constituents know his position and why that vote was secret. Politely informed them that this was as big a slap in the face the Rs have ever done to their base. This nomination has pretty much done me in.

Emmer is totally awful, and Johnson would have been pretty decent. Maybe better than decent.

Emmers will be worse then McCarthy. This has become a huge clusterfrick and the establishment always seems to win, this is why nothing changes.
