Swansea, SC is one of the most redneck places in America. The Facebook Karens and the social justice crowd would not be treated well in rural Lexington County.

Yeah that was just dumb. I have no interest in taking the vaccine but I don't have a problem with people that do. And to fire people simply for their choice to get vaccinated is just asinine and he deserves to get canned

Couple of major mistakes on his part:
1) firing people for a stupid reason and with a common trait that could easily be determined by anyone with half a brain
2) bragging about it on Social Media
That restaurant was going to get hit with bad publicity regardless of his video, because someone was going to speak out about being fired because they were vaccinated. He just sped up the bad PR.

Yes... That was dumb on his part..
But the worst was old boy thinking that he was detective and putting people lives at risk by exsposinging all their personal info on social media.
This is one of the reason this country is such a mess. Social media has united the crazy people.

Apparently the owner and him get along pretty well but the owner fired him for bringing this issue to a boiling point online. Where the owner and this guy were different is the owner did not want to have this fight online whereas this guy had no problem with it. But I can see the owers POV. He as a business to run and many other employees to keep employed.

What's ironic about this is fellow conservatives/middle of the road posters are 100% in favor of that douche getting canned.

What is lost in this equation is “it’s okay to fire employees if they aren’t vaccinated but not okay to fire them if they are….”. Yes bragging about it was stupid but does the hypocrisy not reek?

The truth is vaccinated employees increase the risk, not decrease it. Still catch it, spread it easier due to hire viral load.
