Lets face the facts.....many, but not all, blacks in Africa are uncivilized....they were raised that way.

Hell, you don't know anything about Atlanta. When were you here last? I've lived here for over 20 years and it kicks arse. I can walk to 5 or 6 restaurants at night and it's completely safe.
